Petroleum Experience pays 50% of a Single health, dental, and vision policy premium. We also pay 30% of a Family or Single + Dependents health, dental, or vision policy premium. 

401(k) Retirement Plan

Petroleum Experience has a fully vested 401(k) plan available immediately with both traditional and Roth options. Petroleum Experience will match up to 4% of employee contributions.

Life and AD&D Insurance Policy

A fully paid  $25,000 Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment policy is provided to all full-time employees

Voluntary Insurance

Additional voluntary insurance, including life, accident, cancer, hospital, and short-term disability insurances, are available to employees. 

Personal Protective Equipment

Petroleum  Experience provides Hard Hats, FR Coveralls, and 4-Gas Monitors (where necessary) to all new employees.

All required trainings and certifications are provided to new employees at no cost to the employee. List below is non-exhaustive:
